Student Research Dissemination Opportunities
Present and showcase your work with the following dissemination opportunities!
SCRCS hosts an annual Undergraduate Research Conference (URC) at UL Lafayette. Undergraduates from colleges and universities across Louisiana meet to present their work in the form of Oral Presentations, Lightning Talks, Posters and Creativie Activities. The conference is held each November and provides students and mentors across the state with an opportunity to gather and share their knowledge and experiences.

- Students can present posters, oral presentations, visual displays, performances, poetry readings, and/or artwork.
- Students from all universities and colleges are invited to present their work.
- All majors and undergraduate classifications are welcome!
- Awards are given to the top presenters in each presentation category.

Both Graduate and Undergraduate Students from Universities in Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Texas and select other locations are invited to join LSU Shreveport students in presenting research and/or creative work in:

Undergraduate Research Showcase: Highlighting the work of undergraduate students!
The SCRCS Advance Undergraduate Research Showcase will be held each year in April to celebrate students' work across UL Lafayette.
This week-long event is a FREE opportunity for undergraduates to showcase and share their research, creativity, and scholarship.
Remember, SCRCS and Advance expands the best-known definition of research to also include creative activities, projects, performing arts, music and video productions, and so much more.
Showcase displays can include: posters, visual arts, recorded presentations, research papers, sculptures, models, projects, etc.
