Congratulations to Tia Miller and Omaree Peltier (senior Nursing majors) for presenting their research at the National Conference on Undergraduate Research (NCUR) 2025.

Their research, A Review of the Current State of the Evidence on Food Nutrition, Literacy, Health, and Education, describes the existing relationships between food, nutrition, literacy, health, and education to identify common themes, gaps in literature, and explore the role of nurses in promoting health and wellness among diverse populations by improving food and nutrition literacy.

NCUR is dedicated to promoting undergraduate research, scholarship and creative activity in all fields of study by sponsoring an annual conference for students. NCUR 2025 was held in Pittsburgh, PA, April 7 - April 9, 2025.
