The 10th Annual Biology Undergraduate Research Symposium (BURS), a celebration of undergraduate research and discovery, is happening soon.

Event Details:

Date: Friday, April 24, 2026
Time: 1:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Location: 1st floor Billeaud Hall, University of Louisiana at Lafayette

Call for Submissions
We welcome undergraduate students to present their research in one of two formats:

Oral Presentations: Share your work in a 12-minute talk, followed by a 3-minute Q&A.
Poster Sessions: Display your research and engage with attendees for approximately 1 hour.

Participation is flexible—completed projects, works in progress, or research plans are all encouraged.

Submission Deadline: Friday, April 03, 2026
