All Undergraduate Students in Louisiana are welcome to attend & present at this conference. Undergraduate Students from outside Louisiana are also welcome.

Friday, November 15, 2024; 2:30pm-9:00pm
Saturday, November 16, 2024; 9:00am-12:00pm
At the UL Lafayette Student Union
 
The Registration Fee (ticket) is $41 each, which covers the entire conference attendance, including dinner and breakfast.
There are no one-day tickets for this event.
 
Students can present full projects or project proposals, in the form of an oral presentation, a lightning talk, a poster presentation, and/or a creative activity. Please review the presentation category guidelines through the links below.
Everyone attending and/or presenting must register through this Qualtrics link and pay for registration through this Eventbrite link, or click on the boxes below. 
Registration and Fee payment deadline is Thursday, November 7, 2024.
Housing Scholarship: 
The Housing Scholarship includes a free hotel room for Undergraduate Student presenters. There will be two students per room.
Eligibility:
  • Must be an Undergraduate Student.
  • Must present at this conference.
  • Must register and pay $41 registration fee.
  • Students from UL Lafayette and SLCC are not eligibile for this scholarship.
Housing Scholarships are limited; it is possible that not all applying will recieve a scholarship.
Deadline to apply for the Housing Scholarship is October 21, 2024.

Parking information:
  • Olivier Parking Tower, second floor
  • Do not park on the ramp
  • Code 51421# (code will expire four hours after the end time on the last day) 
  • UL Traffic Code requires vehicles to park head in to a parking space. (Do not reverse into a parking space)
  • Any oversized vehicles can park in the gravel side of Zone 15 lot.
