Undergraduate Research Conference: Celebrating Research, Creativity, & Scholarship

Save the Date for November 14-15, 2025

Come join us for exciting presentations and discussions showcasing the amazing research, creative, and scholarly projects of our undergraduate students! This event is a fantastic opportunity to learn about a wide range of topics and support your peers in their academic endeavors. Whether you're a presenter or just curious to see what your fellow students have been working on, this conference is sure to inspire and impress. Don't miss out on this chance to celebrate the hard work and dedication of our talented undergraduates!

Undergraduate Students can present full projects, partial projects, or project proposals, in the form of an oral presentation, a lightning talk, a poster presentation, and/or a creative activity.
Students can present in multiple categories at no extra cost.
 
This conference is open to the public and ALL Undergraduate Students.

Cost

$41 (includes conference admission for both days, Friday dinner, Saturday brunch)

There are no one-day tickets.
Attendance is encouraged for the entire conference.
Registration and Payment
Everyone attending and/or presenting must complete registration and pay through the two separate links below. 
*Note: All Undergradute Students who register to present a project will be scheduled to present.  
 
 
 
Deadline to register and pay is November 4, 2025.
